We no longer attempt to resolve conflicts between alternative, holistic and natural health, nutrition, wellness and food professionals and licensing boards or federal agencies.

Because:

      1. If you're licensed by your state or province, all you have to do is what the board or government asks you to do. They will ask you to practice within the scope of practice defined by your license. That's legally what you have to do. Do it.

      2. If you're certified by an independent, accredited certification board, that board will help you resolve any differences you have with a licensing board or government agency. Just make sure your certification board is accredited and independent of any manufacturer, distributor or education organization. Then make sure you're certified with an appropriate title that protects you and your business.

      3. If you're not licensed or certified, you're practicing illegally. Your best bet is to get certified by an independent, accredited certification board ASAP and use that to negotiate a settlement that will allow you to continue doing business.       I wish there were a better way, but the drug companies are doing everything they can to eliminate competition to licensed drug pushers and I can't afford to fight them. When I try, they sick a couple dozen attorneys on me and spend all of my money before I even get started. If you're going to fight the drug companies you'd better have a million dollars or you can't win -- you can't even afford to fight. I'd rather go to a gun fight with a knife.
